These terms describe the use of aloraecom.in and the basis on which shopping services may be offered by ALORA E-COMMERCE(OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
Updated: 15 October 2026
The Website and Its Current Status
“ALORA”, “we” and “our” refer to the company identified below. “You” refers to a person using this website or making an enquiry. The catalogue is currently being prepared: there are no products available for purchase and checkout payments are not open. A general brand image, an account page or a shopping-bag link is not an offer to sell a particular item.
Using the Website Responsibly
Use the website lawfully and provide information that is relevant and accurate when you contact us. Do not attempt to obtain another person’s information, misuse an account, interfere with the service or send malicious material. If an account is available to you, protect its credentials and report suspected unauthorised use.
A person placing an order must have the legal capacity to enter into that transaction. Children should not independently submit orders or payment details. These terms do not treat a visit alone as consent to unrelated marketing or optional data processing.
Listings and Order Requests
When the store opens, read the description of the selected item, its options, price, delivery information and applicable return conditions before ordering. Product photographs should be considered alongside the written specification. A screen can affect colour appearance, but that does not excuse supplying an item materially different from its description.
An automatic message acknowledging an order request is not necessarily confirmation that it has been accepted for fulfilment. The order communication will identify its status. If stock, a genuine listing error or another issue prevents fulfilment, we will explain the situation and address any payment already collected. Changes to an accepted order require appropriate agreement; ALORA will not silently replace an item or increase its price.
Prices and Payments
The payable total and any mandatory charges must be disclosed before a purchase is confirmed. Only payment methods shown as available in the actual checkout should be used. There is currently no active checkout payment method, and this page does not authorise a bank transfer or payment to a personal account.
See the Product Pricing Policy for currency, offers and corrections. Do not give customer support a card security code, banking password or payment OTP.
Delivery, Cancellations and Product Problems
The Shipping Policy explains how destination coverage, charges, estimates and shipment issues are handled. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the process for requesting a cancellation, reporting a problem and obtaining an eligible remedy.
A product-specific voluntary return condition must be disclosed before purchase. It does not remove remedies available for defective, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods. A company correspondence address is not automatically a returns depot.
Content and Other Websites
Website text, the ALORA identity and other protected materials must not be copied or used in a way that infringes the relevant rights. References to an item’s manufacturer or another rights holder, where present, do not by themselves imply endorsement or an authorised relationship.
An external link may take you to a service operated by someone else. Review that service’s own terms and privacy information. We do not make its independent promises on its behalf.
Privacy and Service Availability
Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of website, enquiry and relevant service information. We may need to maintain or suspend parts of the website for security or operational reasons. A service interruption does not cancel an existing obligation to a customer.
Consumer Rights and Disputes
Nothing on this page is intended to exclude a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of refunds, restrict a consumer to a particular city for a complaint, or prevent access to the appropriate consumer commission.
Please first describe a concern to support@aloraecom.in so that ALORA can review it. Indian law applies where applicable, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or the jurisdiction available under law.
Changes to These Terms
A revised version will be dated on this page. New wording will not retrospectively remove an entitlement attached to an earlier accepted order. If a material change requires your separate agreement or notice, publication of this page alone will not replace that step.
